Young Women Development
This programme targets young women in tertiary institutions where young female aspiring leaders and those being groomed to be managers can be reached. It also reaches out to young women in other organisations who are at the beginning of their careers. The training provides personal empowerment and professional development of the individual young women aged between 18-25 years as well as developing their analytical skills in gender and development.
